I have been following Jamil in Brew Your Own magazine and his podcast on the Brewing Network and always find him knowledgeable and entertaining. I have been a homebrewer for 30 years, both extract and all grain, and this is a book that has the recipes in extract but also converts for all grain recipes. Jamil and John have written an excellent book and they have encouraged this all grain snob to try a full extract brew......burp.....dontcha just love beer!!!!
