The Juiceman's Power of Juicing: Delicious Juice Recipes for Energy, Health, Weight Loss, and Relief from Scores of Common Ailments

I bought a juicer and also this book to get me started. Another review mentioned that the recipes are too simple, and I agree that most have only a couple/few ingredients, but I find them helpful for giving proportions that taste good. At the beginning, I had no idea how much cucumber or celery to juice with tomatoes, for example, to end up with something tasty. Now that I juice all the time and feel like I know more what I'm doing, I may vary the amounts of some ingredients according to how large the vegetable or fruit is, and according to my tastes. The book is also a good place to have nutrition facts close at hand with recipes and other information. I'm glad I bought it!Get more detail about The Juiceman's Power of Juicing: Delicious Juice Recipes for Energy, Health, Weight Loss, and Relief from Scores of Common Ailments.
