This book was not helpful to me at all. While I expected a little work, I didnt expect to be the Emeril of Frozen drinks while making them. The recipes are very complicated and many of them do NOT have listed how to put alcohol in them. So, if you want to spend tons of time making a drink and you do not drink alcohol, this book will be perfect for you.
