This book is an easy read that starts with a simplistic and brief description of the equipment required and the history of winemaking. This is a great book for beginner wine-makers and those who know quite a bit. It gives basic, but helpful information on each important ingredient for the wine-making process. I would recommend this book to those who want to begin making wine, and those who think they know something about the process but would like to gain a little more knowledge, and some important tips (i.e. how to remove labels from used wine bottles).
I was able to try a couple of the wine recipes, and the directions were extremely simple to follow even down to what should be done each day after the initial instructions. I am currently waiting on them to mature, but hopefully they will be fit for the next occasion my family has planned.Get more detail about 101 Recipes for Making Wild Wines at Home: A Step-by-Step Guide to Using Herbs, Fruits, and Flowers (Back to Basics Cooking).
