I bought this book for my fiancé since he's recently begun a love affair with Greek food. The recipes are wonderful, but we're both visual learners and the lack of pictures didn't make us super thrilled. I wish I could give it 4 1/2 stars, I wouldn't take off a whole star just for that -- the book certainly makes up for it in other ways. I will possibly purchase another cookbook with more of a visual bent, just to supplement this one.Get more detail about Regional Greek Cooking.
