I enjoyed this book immensely, being both a history buff and a beer reader. Once I started, I couldn't put it down. And then I sent it to a relative who will no doubt devour it as I did. Yes, it gets a bit dense at times, but only occasionally, and after all, it's history, so one has to expect at least a little of that.
